The lobby can feel overwhelming, and the location can feel a bit isolated to those unfamiliar with the area. However, being adjacent to the conference center means this wouldn't be an issue for conference-goers.

Stayed at Nikko Niigata recently and had an amazing experience. The view from my room overlooking the river and sea was breathtaking. The amenities provided were of high quality and the room was clean and comfortable. The free shuttle service to and from the train station was a great convenience. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

Great location on a peninsula with stunning views. Breakfast had a good selection of loose leaf tea and made-to-order omelettes. Hotel facilities included an art museum and observation deck on the 31st floor.

We had a really comfortable stay in a long time. It was an absolutely amazing hotel in a local area, close enough to the train station, shopping centres and Anime and Manga museum and the Conference Center. Besides, the location was good and marvelous for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of a multi - purpose international convention center. The staff was nice and enthusiastic, kept everything clean and brand-new. We had a good breakfast, appreciated the meal.

The views from the upper floor rooms were amazing and just what we needed during our city trip. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed with comfortable furniture and modern amenities. We especially enjoyed the free shuttle service that made travel around the city very easy.

We found it a bit confusing to navigate the hotel as it shared space with offices and a convention center, which made it difficult to find the front desk. Another drawback was the lack of complimentary water or coffee in the rooms which is something we're used to having during our travels.
